Most of our products are handmade, made in small batches, and individually handpicked and packaged. While we strive to get orders out in transit in 3 business days, please note it can take up to 10 business days to process.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read each work, product, service description that you are interested in very carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please fill out the contact form, and we will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

Broken Candles and Fragile items

At Spiritually U LLC we take pride in our products, and work. These items that are shipped are well packaged with care. Despite our best efforts our candles and fragile items can arrive damaged or broken. Spiritually U LLC will not replace these items, you must file a claim with the carrier who delivered said items.

Restock Fee

If you cancel your order, we will impose a 15% restock fee. No refunds on services, work or orders returned to Spiritually U LLC for any reason. Ex. Undeliverable, wrong address, anything that has to do with the address or error on your part.

Orders returned to us, can be resent and you will be required to pay the shipping fee to resend the package back to you. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, you will be charged the 15% restocking fee. If the order was a custom order no refund will be provided.

You have 24 hours to respond to our initial contact, otherwise a refund will be issued minus the 15% restock fee. If the order was custom made no refund will be issued.

Restocking fee covers materials, and time taken to procure your order.

Insurance

We urge you to purchase insurance for your shipment. Packages that are shipped via priority mail automatically have insurance up to $50 value. All other shipments don’t include insurance and you will need to add that at checkout.  If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, you will need to file a claim with USPS or the carrier of the package if insurance was purchased, to receive reimbursement. Make sure to take pictures of everything, box, and damaged/broken item(s). Also, please keep the box and item(s) as the carrier may request to inspect it in person. Transit times and shipping times are not one in the same. Please be aware transit times vary by carrier and carriers are still experiencing on going delays. We are unable to guarantee delivery times. We are also unable to guarantee product availability and factors beyond our control.

Missing Packages

Once Spiritually U LLC ships your package, we have no control over what happens to your package. You are responsible to check for errors in your order, including the shipping information, prior to submitting your order. Spiritually U LLC will not be held responsible for any errors due to an error on your part.

Further, Spiritually U LLC is not responsible for lost, undeliverable, returns or missing or packages marked delivered. You must file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Spiritually U LLC provides ground shipping or local shipping service, no overnight or expedited shipping is available. Handling can take up to 7-10 business days, depending upon the size of order, product availability, and when we receive your order. Processing times can be affected by acts of nature, natural disaster etc. We do not process orders on major federal holidays, weekends or when the shop is closed.

Product Availability

Spiritually U LLC takes pride in the products we sell and the handmake. We strive to have the mass majority of our products in stock, bear in mind that we offer handmade unique products, and they may go quickly out of stock, and may time to restock.

Due to supply, demand, and the nature of our products we do not guarantee product availability. Sometimes products sell out faster than the quantities listed on the website. Items may be unavailable for extended periods of time.

Backordered & Substitute Products

You have an option to receive a refund on out-of-stock products only or accept a substitution. If you accept a substitution, we will send you a product that will be like the product out-of-stock. Ex. You ordered a Bitch Better Have My Money Oil, but we send you Pay Me instead. Large-sized oil is out-of-stock, so we are sending you two smaller ones that come out to the same size.

Deposit & Payments for Conjure Work/ Rootwork Services

Only pay for your deposit if you are 100% committed to any work being done for you. Once you make a deposit, the following terms & conditions will be applied and will not be negotiated.

No refunds on deposits.

You have 23 days to finish paying off your work/service. If you fail to pay or wish not to continue your work will not be rescheduled and no refunds will be issued.

International Shipments

We can’t ship aerosol cans or aerosol sprays outside of the United States, this includes United State territories, we can’t ship these cans and sprays here as well. It is your responsibility to research your local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the products you purchase, and it is also your sole responsibility for packages lost, destroyed or for any legal action resulting in your purchase of the products that are illegal in your country or region.

You are responsible for all taxes, customs, duty fees, tariffs, and taxes for the country in which you reside.

Transit times of international orders may take longer than indicated, we will not be held liable as we have no control over this.

Appointments & Scheduling

We only accept appointments via our website, no phone appointments will be accepted.
